"Support society of abducted Iranian diplomats in Lebanon" has produced a new documentary about the abduction of Iranian diplomats in Lebanon. The documentary is based on the latest information on the status of the diplomats.

Tohid Afzali, executive manager of the "support society of abducted diplomats in Beirut", after releasing the news, said to the reporter of Iranian Cinema news agency: "this society was formed following the abduction of the Iranian diplomats in 5^th of July in 1982. The society started several activities to inform public of the status of diplomats one of which has been producing short films."

He added: " Up to present, the society has some short films such as "Swallows of Bar-Bare", "Unanimous ambassador"  and "July 82" which have been shown on various public media."

"In its newest programs, the society has decided to produce a documentary about the 4 diplomats in which new aspects of the four diplomats' lifestyle and some new information about them will be presented along with new pictures.", he continued. "When the production is done, decisions will be made on the method of showing the documentary and it has been considered to show the movie in both universities and on big screens of national cinemas.", he added.

"Production of another documentary about the abduction of the 4 Iranian diplomats has finished. after the accordance of some related organizations and establishing required contacts, newer information on the documentary and the release time will be published."
