According to Almanar news channel, Mehr news agency reports the release of the statement which clearly states: Although 27 years has passed since the abduction of Iranian diplomats with the help of some groups related to Israel in Beirut, still the families of these diplomats are waiting for the freedom of their loved ones from Israeli prisons. Further in the statement, over and above criticizing international inattention to the issue of diplomats abducted in Lebanon, it is emphasized: "Islamic Republic of Iran and the families of these four diplomats have made endless effort in Lebanon and in international arena for the freedom of their loved ones and the humanitarian actions of Seyed Hasan Nasrollah in the operation of freeing Hezbollah detainees known as Operation Rezvan, has blown hope into the families of detainees. Last year, in Bahman, following Operation Rezvan a part of which involved gaining information on the status of Iranian diplomats, Nasrollah stated in his speech: "based on our information, Iranian diplomats are alive and are kept in Israeli prisons, but according to information provided by Israel government, these diplomats were abducted, killed and buried by special Lebanese forces. Anyhow, this case needs investigation and contemplation. Because Israel is our enemy and we cannot trust the information they provide to us. Specially, formerly we have witnessed times Israelis denied the existence of any detainees and later their claims turned out not to be true.
